Sasayaki Glitter July Progressive Challenge

This is "Summer Witch" the digital image for Sasayaki Glitter's first of two progressive challenges for July 2017. She is such a lovely witch travelling on her broom, so I decided to create a travel card. I have entered this in the Progressive challenge as well as:

Scrapper's Delights July Inspiration

I just love owl images and when I saw this image in the store I just had to get it.  It's called Twilight Owl. You can find it here http://scrappersdelights.com/store/index.phpmain_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=1017
and what's great about it, is you get two digis in the purchase, the other one being the owl with a cute night cap on, could even pass for a Santa hat.  It is July you know! The background paper behind the owl image and sentiment (which I came up with myself, not that either part of it hasn't been heard before), sorry back to the paper, is one of the sheets in the Birthday Surprise paper range found here http://scrappersdelights.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=171&products_id=17
and is on special at the moment.  The store has some lovely papers to make backgrounds for your digis.  Thanks for checking my owl card out, catch you round the traps!

I will be entering the following challenges:

Scrapper's Delights Facebook Progressive Challenge July 2017

July's Progressive Challenge is featuring "Jungle Palms"as the featured digi.  If you entered June's challenge, you are eligible to request this digi.  I have used as the blue background, one of the lovely papers from the Love & Friendship Papers range available here http://scrappersdelights.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=171&products_id=23
I chose Beach Babe Digi Stamps 4 from my stash to compliment the palm trees and made her pop with a little foam tape.  She is available here http://scrappersdelights.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=89_194&products_id=279
Be sure to check out the Sea/Beach theme at the store for some more great images to go with your Jungle Palms freebie.  Thank you for checking out my blog.

I will be entering this card in the following challenges:

Imagine that Digistamp July 2017 Link-up

I have made this Retirement card for one of my best friends and her husband as they are both retiring today.  I have used the Party Cows Bundle including papers, sentiments and coloured digis.  I chose the cows because they have a farming background and over the years have kept cows.

Power Poppy "Camellias"

I have been collecting Marcella's images for quite a while now and I have decided it is time to use them extensively.  Her images are so crisp and so very easy to work with.  My aim is to collect every single one of them but I hope that takes a while because I want her to keep producing these gorgeous digital stamps. I was going to create a card with Camellias, when I by chance found her blog challenge, so I hope as soon as I finish this blog post I can get it over to her blog and beat the deadline.  Thank you for looking.

Gerda Steiner Designs Progressive Challenge June 2017

I love this month's progressive challenge digi "Hello Friend Turtle" from Gerda Steiner Designs, thank you so much for your generosity in giving us an image each month to create with. This month I have used an embossed card and simply put a strip of washi tape across it and of course added a sentiment.  Love washi tape, just need to know when and where to use it!  Thank you for checking out my blog, see you around the traps.
